Week in Review

This week, Elise gave a report on the Liberty Bell. As part of her report, she brought a chime to strike, so the class could hear the E flat note. That was the tone the bell made when it rung hundreds of years ago.

Kristi participated in her school's Science Fair. She said there were over 300 entries. She had to stand by her experiment and answer questions for the judges. (Still no word on the results of the judging yet!). It was great to see so many projects.

Cameron had his first cub scout meeting, a Pack Meeting. He was given his "WOLF" book and welcomed into the pack. I'm glad he is so excited to be a cub scout. He is looking forward to his first den meeting this coming week.

Cari and Trevon went to the state championship football game on Friday. It was in Salt Lake City at the U of U. Unfortunately, their team (our whole city's team), lost in the last 3 seconds of the game. They were pretty bummed....for the third year in a row. It was a hard loss. I was glad when they made it home safe and sound:)
