The school year is officially over! The kids said goodbye to their teachers and will miss them. Cameron is looking forward to having "no homework" and "sleeping in." (Sleeping in for Cameron is 7AM!!!) Elise is very excited to be a first grader now. She was lucky enough to get Cameron's teacher for next year. Kristi will be moving on to the intermediate school. They each have had a great year and I'm glad for the wonderful teachers they have had. Already I'm hearing, "Mom, what can I do?...and don't say work!" I look forward to summertime and the time we will be able to spend (playing AND working) together.
As for the "older" kids; they plan to work and save money. They are also glad for summer break. As usual, I'll keep you posted!
