How Does Your Garden Grow?

As part of our spring break, we worked on our garden. I helped Mike plant some seeds of squash, green beans, peas, buttercrunch lettuce, and swiss chard into small pots to germinate before transporting them into the garden.

Trevon planted beet seeds directly in the garden. He and Mike also put eighteen tomato plants in the garden. We have bell pepper and jalepeno plants too. We plan to plant corn and pumpkin seeds at a later date. We LOVE having a garden. Part of our garden has a strawberry patch in it too. Nothing tastes as good as food straight from the garden. Planting and harvesting is something we look forward to every year.

  1. Yeah sounds like you will have plenty of tomatoes. When will they be ripe?
We may have to come for a visit. Aunt Peggy
